My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very nice and a good value, but the humidity made it uncomfortable and the bathroom ceiling filter needed changing. The service was a great highlight with extremely kind and accommodating staff, but there were instances of rudeness. The location, although close to attractions, was outdated and lacking certain amenities. The dining experience was good overall, although the closure of some options was a letdown for families. Facilities were decent but could use improvements.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not worth more than $50 for one night, and the guaranteed check-in time was not met. However, the service was very attentive to my needs and the staff accommodated us well. The location was nice and kid-friendly, although the place needs an upgrade.
