My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very nice and a good value, but the humidity made it uncomfortable and the bathroom ceiling filter needed changing. The service was a great highlight with extremely kind and accommodating staff, but there were instances of rudeness. The location, although close to attractions, was outdated and lacking certain amenities. The dining experience was good overall, although the closure of some options was a letdown for families. Facilities were decent but could use improvements.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not worth more than $50 for one night, and the guaranteed check-in time was not met. However, the service was very attentive to my needs and the staff accommodated us well. The location was nice and kid-friendly, although the place needs an upgrade. The dining left much to be desired, but the dishes were extraordinary.

I was initially disappointed as the room wasn't ready at the guaranteed check-in time and the alternative room had a view of the parking lot and dumpster. However, the room was clean.

The staff was extremely kind and made sure to accommodate us and our toddler. They were apologetic about the room situation and even offered to speak with the manager for a discount.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The room I had was the cleanest I've ever been in, but it was located on the bottom floor, opening directly to the pool area. On the positive side, the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant and make sure we had everything we needed.
